Identity and address of the responsible party. NOMAD LIVING MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., (hereinafter "Nomad Living" or "we" or "us"), with address at Paseo de los Tamarindos Torre 1 Piso 21, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Territorial Demarcation Cuajimalpa de Morelos, C.P. 05120, Mexico City, will be responsible for the processing of personal data (including financial data) provided, related to you or those of the natural person you represent, which have been disclosed to Nomad Living as of this date or may be disclosed to Nomad Living, whether derived from or as a consequence of the legal relationship with us (hereinafter referred to simply as "Personal Data").
The Personal Data collected will be protected in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter referred to simply as "Law"), and other applicable regulations. The personal data collected will be incorporated and processed in the Personal Data Base (PDB) called CRM Yardi Systems, Inc.
In case you want any information regarding this privacy notice or in relation to the exercise of any of your rights derived from the referred Personal Data, including without limitation your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as to limit its treatment or revoke the consent that has been granted to us, please contact us at our email [email protected].
What Personal Data do we collect from you? The general Personal Data that Nomad Living may request from you are those necessary to identify you and address your questions, requests and complaints, as well as those related to the execution and/or fulfillment of your relationship with Nomad Living. Specifically, the Personal Data that we may request are the following: (i) full name and copy of your official photo ID; (ii) address and proof of address; (iii) date of birth; (iv) marital status; (v) RFC and CURP; (vi) profession; (vii) landline and/or cell phone number; (viii) email address; and (ix) preferences in the rental of a property.
Additionally, we will request Personal Data considered as financial or patrimonial such as (i) copy of your account statement or bank information contained therein; (ii) information of your credit cards; (iii) payroll receipts and (iv) mortgage or automotive loans that you have contracted, which will be used to analyze your economic solvency to meet the obligations that you contract or may contract with us, as well as to carry out the respective consultation before the Credit Circle.
By signing this privacy notice, you give your express consent for us to process the aforementioned Personal Data. In case you do not give your express consent for the processing of your Personal Data (including financial), we may be unable to establish a legal relationship with you.
How do we collect your Personal Data? Nomad Living, may collect your Personal Data either directly, when you provide it to us and/or through other means, such as email and/or our development websites.
We also inform you that Nomad Living's websites automatically obtain data through cookies. Cookies" are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive to track your activity on our site, your browsing preferences, information that may help us determine problems with our website or tell us and provide statistics about which areas of our site are of most interest to you. You may prevent the use of cookies on your computer by adjusting the appropriate settings on your browser, but please note that this may hinder the functionality of Nomad Living's websites.
For what purposes do we collect and use your Personal Data? Your Personal Data, including but not limited to financial and/or patrimonial data, as well as all those that are contained in the documentation provided by you to us, may be used by Nomad Living, its personnel or that of any of its affiliates or subsidiaries for the following purposes that give rise to and are necessary for our legal relationship: (i) to comply with and carry out the purposes and performance of the contractual obligations between you and Nomad Living, its affiliates or subsidiaries; (ii) to carry out contracting of our products or services, as well as the leasing of any of our properties; (iii) to create databases for administrative and organizational purposes; (iv) to provide information required by governmental entities or authorities in compliance with laws or regulations applicable to Nomad Living's business in Mexico or abroad; (v) to attend and follow up on any request, question, comment, complaint or contact request you make to us, and (vi) to send you notifications of changes to this privacy notice. The aforementioned purposes are deemed to give rise to and are necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the legal relationship between Nomad Living and you.
Additionally, your Personal Contact Data will be used for the following ancillary purposes: (i) to send you notifications, notices, propaganda or advertising about our products or services; (ii) to send you invitations to events organized by Nomad Living, information, our Newsletter, magazines and news about our industry or topics that we believe may be of interest to you; (iii) to provide your information to third parties interested in doing business, granting financing, acquiring the shares or assets of Nomad Living or its shareholders or affiliates or in merging with Nomad Living; (iv) to carry out advertising or commercial prospecting purposes of Nomad Living, its affiliates and shareholders in Mexico or third parties, and (v) to create databases for research, statistical or market purposes, as well as to measure the quality of Nomad Living's services. The aforementioned purposes are not considered strictly necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the commercial relationship between Nomad Living and you, so you can express your refusal to the processing of your Personal Contact Data by checking the following box:

How do we protect your Personal Data? We commit that your Personal Data will be treated under the administrative, physical and technical security measures established by the Law and its Regulations, and thus avoid its damage, loss, destruction, theft, loss, alteration and/or unauthorized treatment.

In terms of the Law, any request to exercise the aforementioned rights must necessarily provide and indicate: (i) your name and address to receive notifications; (ii) copy of official identification (passport, voter's credential or driver's license), (iii) clear and precise writing indicating the Personal Data you wish to access or rectify, cancel or oppose and any other element that facilitates the location of your data, as well as (iv) any other requirement established by the Law and/or other applicable provisions.
The processing of the exercise of ARCO rights will be conducted in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals.
How can you limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data? You have the right, at any time, to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data totally or partially for purposes that are not necessary with respect to our legal relationship, for such purpose, please send us an email or postal mail, indicating either one or all the purposes for which you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, in order to be registered in an exclusion list from which you will be given an electronic or physical record, as requested by you.
Also, in terms of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may register with the Public Registry of Consumers to prevent us from contacting you by telephone to send you advertising or information. How can you revoke your consent to the processing of your Personal Data? You may revoke at any time the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data by contacting us through our email or in person at the address provided, letting us know such situation. We inform you that in case you revoke your consent for the treatment of your Personal Data (including patrimonial and financial), we will be unable to continue our legal relationship.
With whom do we share your Personal Data? As part of the management and administration of the services to be provided by Nomad Living, we may transfer your Personal Data with our parent company and/or any or all of our affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, and/or belonging to the same economic group in Mexico and/or abroad as long as they operate under the same internal processes and policies. Nomad Living also reserves the right to share your Personal Data with administrative, judicial or governmental authorities of any kind in Mexico or abroad, provided that this is established by judicial or administrative mandate or that a law so determines. Nomad Living will share your information when it subcontracts with third parties, whether lawyers, auditors, accountants or system administrators who are required to process your information on Nomad Living's behalf and under Nomad Living's instructions.
Sus Your Personal Information may be shared with any prospect, potential buyer or acquirer of Nomad Living's business or any of its assets. Also, your Personal Data may be shared with third parties interested in doing business or establishing a legal relationship with us, granting financing, acquiring the shares or assets of Nomad Living or its shareholders or affiliates in Mexico or around the world, or merging with Nomad Living.

Storage of Your Personal Data. Nomad Living, by itself or through any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, may keep your Personal Data in databases located in the United Mexican States or abroad, without any limitation, except for the terms indicated by the applicable legislation, as well as to comply with the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, as stipulated in the Law, its Regulations and other applicable regulations.
Social Networking. Nomad Living may have a profile, either of the company or its developments, in social networks (hereinafter the "Social Networks"). The Social Networks will serve solely and exclusively as an immediate communication channel with the followers of the company or its products, as well as an electronic means of information and marketing of new products, offers and promotions that are made by Nomad Living exclusively on its profile and that will be accessible through the same to its followers. Nomad Living will only be able to know the Personal Data that is permitted by the Social Networks and in no case will extract the personal data that it may know of its followers without their prior consent. We inform you that the Social Networks will be the owners of the databases that correspond to them, so we invite you to read the privacy policies and conditions of use of the same.
Modifications to the Privacy Notice, Legislation and Jurisdiction. We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, in response to new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our products or services. In case of modifications to this privacy notice, you will be notified through the email provided by you at the time of contracting with us, our offices or website. In any case, you will have the right to cancel and/or rectify your Personal Data as well as to limit its use and disclosure or revoke your consent, in case of modifications to the terms of the same.
This privacy notice, the treatment of your Personal Data and/or all related documents are governed by the Law and other regulations of the United Mexican States. The acceptance of this privacy notice or entering into a contract of any nature with Nomad Living, once made available, implies an express acceptance, in writing of its terms and your express submission to the courts of Mexico City, for any dispute or claim arising therefrom, so it is understood the waiver of any other jurisdiction that by reason of domicile, present or future could correspond to you.
